You are not obliged to follow instructions (happily it is not yet the army), but it may help. Instructions are something like little maps to help you through the wild forest. Up to you if you think intuition may help, or … you want to get lost.
In order to approach the book of crystals, you may thus chose different perspectives. The different pages as appearing above do indicate the different principles determining reading, but not in an exhaustive way. Other inspirations will be considered with respect.
Were it a book, it would have two volumes: one in categories, and one in time succession. As it is not, and the presentation does oblige to a certain number of restrictions (otherwise it becomes excessively boring), we will have to introduce the notion of aleatory reading.
The most important guiding principle should though be the following: how may you differentiate facts from interpretation, mythological perspective from a rational point of view? It’s true that ‘Open Sesame’ does respect ‘facts’ much more than other works of mine, it just exploits the possible development of a larger frame of interpretation inside of given theories. To take the example of ‘Origins – where my family came from, I guess’, facts as related as such can be proved by documents. What is of interpretation or subjective understanding is specified as such.
It is true, though, that we’re rarely interested in knowing what the other really is. What we read does help us to reconstruct our own reality inside of a new perspective that may help us to understand ourselves and the others better. And the guiding principle of this research is the linking of our identity to a subjective whole, implying judgements and likings, preferences and misunderstandings.
Ah! Do never think the IP in question was actually Sask’s IP. It is that that day I managed to translate the ‘feeling of love’ into an electronical language. An enormous challenge if considered that Sask did know as much about love as myself about … electronics. It’s never too late to learn, dear!
